Mohsin Javed is a development sector professional with over 15 years of experience within the primary sectors of democracy and governance. He has collaborative working relationships with political parties, civic groups, and other representative bodies and have designed, implemented, and managed qualitative and quantitative studies at the National, Provincial, and constituency levels.

Mohsin received his Master's degree in Political Science from the University of the Punjab Lahore. He holds the certificate in National Security from National Defense University Islamabad as well as the certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Washington D.C USA.

Data Management Lead

Mr. Abdul Wahid possesses a diverse and robust educational background with a focus on project management and data analysis. He holds an MSc in Project Management from the University of Northampton, UK, completed in 2024 and an MBA  from the National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad, Pakistan.

With over a decade of professional experience as a Data Manager, he has developed significant expertise in result-oriented data management, analysis, and data visualization. His proficiency encompasses various aspects of data handling, including database statistics, database analysis, and statistical research.

Additionally, he is well-versed in analytical software applications such as SPSS, STATA, Tableau, Power BI, ODK Collect, Kobo Collect, NVivo etc. He also has capabilities in designing and developing Android applications tailored for research and survey purposes.

Manager Finance

Ms. Sadaf Zahid Chaudhary a CA finalist (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan) is working in CPOR as Manager Finance. She has more than seven years’ experience in field of audit & accounts. She has good interpersonal skills and technical knowledge of both finance & taxation. Her major roles include maintaining financial records of entity, coordination with tax authorities & SECP and coordination with statutory auditors.

Disaster Management Specialist and Anthropologist

Asha Robert holds a master’s degree in Disaster Management and Resilience (Coventry University, United Kingdom). With over seven years of work experience as project manager, MEAL manager, and research associate, she is now working for refugees and Immigrants in Coventry as Employment officer. Her expertise spans Report Writing, Qualitative and Quantitative Research, Proposal writing and training of field workers. Asha has worked with both National and international clients, refugees, immigrants, and donors and have supervised a diverse team as per the need of the projects.

She has worked on diverse topics like Community development, sexual and reproductive health, mother and child health, gender, gender-based violence, human rights, livelihood, education, politics, and media.

Field Manager Sindh

Mr. Riaz Ahmed is an icon in the development sector whose remarkable work in rural development is a sign of his sympathy for the people of rural areas. He has done his master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Shah Abdul Latif University Khairpur Sindh. He is leading data collection teams in Sindh Province.

Field Manager Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Mr. Ashfaq Ahmed has done MPhil in Pakistan studies from university of Peshawar. He has over 15 years of experience in data collection. He is leading field teams in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and in newly merged districts of KPK.

Field Manager Central Punjab

Muzakar Hanif has 5 years of experience in Field management and data collection. He has done graduation in social work from university of the Punjab Lahore. He is leading field teams in central Punjab.

Field Manager South Punjab

Muhammad Imran has done M.Phil. in Rural Sociology from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. He has over 10 years of experience in data collection. He is leading the field teams in south Punjab.

Research Assistant

Ms. Aisha Qamar has done MSc in Social work from University of the Punjab Lahore. She is working in CPOR as a Research Assistant. She has good communication skills and have technical knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research. She has experience of working with different development organizations. Her core capacities include Social Mobilization, Communication, Monitoring & Evaluation and Resource Utilization.
