Executive Director
Mohsin Javed is a development sector professional with over 15 years of experience within the primary sectors of democracy and governance. He has collaborative working relationships with political parties, civic groups, and other representative bodies and have designed, implemented, and managed qualitative and quantitative studies at the National, Provincial, and constituency levels.
Mohsin received his Master's degree in Political Science from the University of the Punjab Lahore. He holds the certificate in National Security from National Defense University Islamabad as well as the certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Washington D.C USA.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Geography at Karabuk University in Turkiye, Rahim's impressive journey began as a former Hubert Humphrey (Fulbright) Fellow, where he learned about ‘Public Policy and Administration’ and ‘Leadership for the Common Good’ at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, and the McCain Institute for International Leadership in Washington DC.
